BASIC TEACHER'S KIT
We provide everything you need for a successful production: Piano Scores, Vocal Parts, Scripts, Accompaniment Tape, and Production Notes that include suggestions for casting, costumes, scenery, props, and more. Ten Full-performance Tapes help your students learn their part on their own time. In addition, there are Activity Guides, Worksheets, and a sample Student Classroom Study Book that enables the Classroom Teacher to integrate the music into the daily curriculum. The Classroom Musical Basic Teacher's Kit:

DIRECTOR'S SCRIPT: Contains the full script with blocking suggestions, choreography notes, accompaniment instructions, character motivations and other tips to help you direct the acting, staging, and technical aspects of the musical. (The Teacher's Kit also contains several Student Scripts. Additional scripts, for larger casts, are available by special order; however, we do allow photocopying of scripts and vocal parts for school use.)

PRODUCTION NOTES: Contains production time lines, cast lists & character descriptions, suggestions and designs for costumes, scenery, props, lighting, makeup, and tips on using a taped accompaniment and sound equipment.

TEACHER'S ANNOTATED LYRICS: Each clever lyric and spoken innuendo is described in complete annotations so that every shred of meaning is communicated. Whether you are teaching these concepts in the classroom or bringing them to life on stage, you should be familiar with this section.

CLASSROOM ACTIVITIES GUIDE: Contains over a dozen classroom activities, worksheets, and a vocabulary/spelling guide. Every activity is multidisciplinary, relating directly to the content of the specific Classroom Musical and providing a perfect academic bridge into the curriculum. The worksheets are to be photocopied for individual student use.

STUDENT CLASSROOM STUDY BOOK: The full-color Study Book includes the complete script/lyrics, plus a "FACT" section after each scene that helps stimulate discussion and focus the students on the concepts presented. Beautiful illustrations and thoughtful captions help students visualize each new idea. One copy is included in the Complete Package; 25 come with the Deluxe Package. Additional Study Books may be ordered in any quantity.

CONDUCTOR/PIANO SCORE: The Conductor/Piano Score is to be used for musical direction during rehearsals or as a substitute for the Accompaniment Tape during performance. The piano scores are meant to be reductions written at a Junior High ability level, so that teachers can utilize student accompanists.

VOCAL PARTS WITH SCRIPTS: Each Complete Package includes 5 separately bound Student Vocal Parts with Scripts; the Deluxe Package includes 25. Additional Vocal Parts with Scripts can be ordered in any quantity. Although most groups learn the music merely from listening to the full-performance tapes or through rote rehearsals, these vocal parts are professionally scored octavos, perfect for music class instruction. These vocals are in the perfect range for their target age groups. All of the Center Stage titles have been toured and tested. Each title is a proven success.

FULL-PERFORMANCE CASSETTES: Each Complete Package includes 10 full-performance cassettes for students' at-home rehearsal; the Deluxe Package includes 25. Providing each student with their own cassette can dramatically cut down rehearsal time. Additional cassettes are available in any quantity.

ACCOMPANIMENT TAPE: Both the Complete and Deluxe Packages include a fully orchestrated Accompaniment Tape, the same accompaniment you hear backing up the singers on the Full Performance Cassette. The high quality of the orchestration lends professionalism and confidence to your students' performance. The use of an accompaniment tape frees your hands as a director and enables the nonmusician to put on the play without an accompanist. CDs available by Special Request.
